In the last few years, there has been an increase in the number of people suffering from mental health problems such as anxiety and depression. This is largely due to stress factors such as work-related pressure and financial worries.
We should be mindful that not everyone experiences the same level of stress; some individuals may be more vulnerable than others to developing certain mental health problems due to their genetic makeup or other factors.
