WORKPLACE WELLBEING & MENTAL HEALTH SKILLS SERIES
Practical skills for safer, more engaged and higher-performing workplaces
One practical model. One realistic workplace case. Guided application.
One usable tool. One action you can implement within seven days.
Many organisations have moved beyond asking whether workplace mental health matters. The current challenge is knowing what leaders, managers and employees should actually do.
Managers are expected to notice when someone is stressing and struggling, respond with empathy, maintain performance expectations, support energy and engagement, and lead people through continuous change.
Yet many have never been taught the conversation skills or practical frameworks required.
The Workplace Wellbeing & Mental Health Skills Series has been designed to close that gap.
These are not awareness-only webinars. Each session is a focused Interactive Skills Lab where participants learn a practical approach, see and hear what it sounds like, apply it to a realistic workplace situation and leave with a tool they can use immediately.
The series is particularly relevant in 2026. Gallup reports that only 21% of Australian employees are engaged at work, while 50% experienced significant stress during the previous day. Victorian employers are also operating under the Psychological Health Regulations and Compliance Code that commenced on 1 December 2025.

What makes this series different?
- Skills, not awareness alone: Every session is designed around what participants will be able to do differently.
- Real workplace situations: Cases reflect the competing demands faced by managers, HR, P&C and WHS professionals.
- Care and performance together: The series does not suggest that mental health support requires managers to abandon clarity or accountability.
- Shared responsibility: Personal resilience is taught alongside manager, team and work-design responsibilities.
- Practical boundaries: Managers are not trained to diagnose, counsel or become responsible for another person's recovery.
- Immediate application: Each participant leaves with a planner, checklist, decision guide or audit.
